We offer on-site tutoring in the Microsoft products like Word, Excel,
Outlook, FrontPage. We are in the process of developing curriculum where we can
offer online classes, too, but we really like the hands-on approach to teaching
one-on-one. We don't sit at the keyboard
and SHOW you how to do things in the various programs, we sit at YOUR SIDE,
while YOU sit at the keyboard and perform the tasks. You tell us what you want
to learn, and we will teach you. Pricing starts at $70.00/hour (1/2 hour
minimum, please).

Billing Options
* Hourly Plan
For the most part, our services are based on our standard rate of $70 per hour.
* Project Plan
For occasional or project oriented assignments, you may choose to pay by
project. We will help you construct project specifications and discuss an
estimate before beginning work. All project prices are estimates and are subject
to change.
General Policies
* Signed contracts must be received before project is started.
* Method of contact is via email.
* A rush fee, an additional charge of 20% will be charged for all work needed
within 24 hours.
* All information provided for projects is completely confidential and will only
be shared with designated contacts upon approval of the client.
Payment Policies
* Required before work begins
* A signed service contract outlining the details of your assignment
* A $250 deposit on all project assignments which is deducted from the first month's invoice.
Required after work is complete
Total payment for services rendered is due upon completion of those services.
All expenses incurred to complete an order are the responsibility of you, the client.
Invoicing
Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments
An itemized time summary will accompany your invoice
Prompt payment upon receipt of invoice is appreciated.
Unpaid balances older than 30 days past the invoice date are subject to a $25.00 per month late charge.
